This standardized Terms of Service is independently formulated to adapt to the full-cycle operation of network platform services, aiming to standardize the interactive relationship between user groups and the platform, clarify the boundary of service rights and obligations of both parties, and build a standardized, transparent and high-quality network service ecosystem. All users who access platform pages, use open functions and participate in platform interactive scenarios shall be deemed to have completely understood and voluntarily agreed to the binding effect of this agreement, and the agreement shall remain effective throughout the entire service usage cycle.
The platform provides open network service functions for all qualified users, covering daily page browsing, personalized function experience, public content viewing and interactive scenario use. All service modules opened on the platform are oriented to general user groups, and the platform supports reasonable function optimization and scenario expansion according to user experience demands and service operation iteration. Users shall use all platform services only for personal non-commercial and compliant daily scenarios, and shall not abuse platform service permissions for unknown, improper or unregulated purposes.
All user usage behaviors shall comply with unified platform public norms and basic network civilized usage standards. Users are prohibited from using any technical means or auxiliary tools to interfere with the normal operation logic of platform functions, including but not limited to unauthorized automated operation, abnormal access frequency control, batch simulated operation and illegal acquisition of platform public data resources. Any behavior that disturbs platform service order and affects the normal use of other users is regarded as non-compliant behavior and will be included in the platform’s unified behavior supervision system.
In terms of content release and interactive behavior management, all original comments, sharing content and published information generated by users on the platform shall be independently responsible by the users themselves. Users shall ensure that all released content is positive, healthy and compliant, without false guidance, inappropriate expression, malicious harassment and other non-compliant content. The platform has the right to conduct real-time monitoring and dynamic review of public content. Once non-compliant information is identified, it can be shielded, deleted and rectified in a timely manner, and corresponding behavior records will be retained.
The platform always adheres to stable service operation and user experience optimization as the core operation principle, and is committed to maintaining the continuous availability, operational stability and use safety of core service functions. The platform will carry out daily technical inspection, regular system maintenance and functional detail optimization, actively repair hidden faults and experience defects in service operation, and continuously improve the overall service capacity and user use fluency.
In view of the continuous upgrading of network service scenarios and the iterative update of technical functions, the platform reserves the right to dynamically adjust service contents, functional structures and rule clauses. All service adjustments and rule revisions will be publicly announced through official page notifications in advance. Users’ continuous access to and use of platform services after the announcement release will be automatically deemed as recognition and acceptance of the latest service specifications.
In order to ensure the fairness and standardization of platform operation, the platform implements refined hierarchical management for all non-compliant behaviors. For unintentional minor irregularities caused by unfamiliarity with rules, the platform will adopt intelligent reminders and rule popularization guidance to help users standardize subsequent operations. For intentional violations, repeated irregularities and behaviors that cause adverse effects on platform operation order, the platform will implement restrictive measures including functional access restriction, service permission suspension and permanent service qualification cancellation according to the severity of the behavior.
Users shall bear independent responsibility for all personal operation behaviors and derivative risks during the use of platform services. All losses, disputes and adverse consequences caused by user misoperation, non-compliant use and private unauthorized operation shall be independently borne by the user. The platform only provides standardized network technical services and functional scenario support, and does not assume joint responsibility for personal behavioral risks and subjective decision-making errors of users. Minor service jitter, temporary function debugging and data synchronization delay in daily operation belong to normal service iteration fluctuations, which do not belong to platform service faults and do not involve liability identification.
